Musicians
After the vows, Pat and Will were pronounced husband and wife. They
then had a procession to the next room (in ancient times, they would
have gone through the streets to the groom's house), with music
provided by The DisSonatas, a Maine historical-music group. Here,
they're dressed in Greek costumes, since many musicians of the Roman
era were imported from Greece. The procession traditionally featured
lascivious songs intended to acquaint the bride with her wifely duties!
