Apparently the Evening Standard has reported on the revival of Latin
in one London school, St Saviours and St Olave’s. The Standard reports that about 40 pupils signed up for the lessons, offered as an after-school GCSE class.

The girls, aged between twelve and sixteen, will be entered for next summer’s GCSE exams, with one pupil, Kirsten Hamilton-Allison, declaring, “it shouldn’t only be for those who go to private schools.”
